The Holy Spirit is not a “force” or just some weird dove, He is just as much God as Jesus and The Father. He is also the present and active member of the Trinity in the earth. He is the seal of the promise, the counselor, the teacher, the empowerment, and the helper for the believer. He longs to make His power manifest through believers to empower us to be witnesses in the earth.
